Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE a plus.
• Effective communication with clients and account managers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to properties in Springfield, OH and surrounding counties.
