Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our Delaware, OH team. You will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, and document findings using inspection software.

As a contractor, you’ll set your own schedule, travel to properties across Delaware, OH and surrounding counties, and work independently to meet deadlines and performance metrics while maintaining accurate records and delivering

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to Delaware, OH and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to various properties in Delaware, OH and potentially other surrounding counties.
• Pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.
