NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Coshocton, OH. As a Mortgage Inspector, you will conduct inspections on residential properties to confirm occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters, operating as a contractor with independence and reliability.

You will use inspection software to document findings, take property photos, and report results.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication and customer service.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Ability to travel to Coshocton, OH and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
