Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our Uniontown, PA team. As a contractor, you will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and complete reports independently.

You will use inspection software, take photos, meet timelines, and communicate with the account manager. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; background check and eligibility per Shieldhub/ABC may apply.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, conduct insurance inspections
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to various properties in Uniontown, PA and potentially other surrounding counties.
