Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) seeks an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Plainfield, IN. This contractor role requires independent work to inspect residential properties for occupancy status and to deliver delinquency letters and reports.

You will use inspection software, take property photos, and ensure timely completion while meeting performance metrics. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete tasks.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to properties in Plainfield, IN and potentially surrounding counties.
