Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services Inc (NOFS) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our Detroit, MI team as a contractor. You will conduct residential property inspections to confirm occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, and perform insurance inspections.

You will work independently, set your own schedule, and be paid per inspection. Qualifications include 6 months in inspections, InspectorADE proficiency, reliable transportation, and eligibility for a Shieldhub/ABC

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
6 months of inspections field experience
Experience with InspectorADE
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
US citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness to undergo background check (Shieldhub/ABC)
Strong communication and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, and perform insurance inspections
Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings
Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics
Communicate professionally with the account manager
Maintain records and documentation of inspections
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines
Travel to properties in Detroit, MI and surrounding counties as required
Maintain professionalism at all times
