Qualifications

• Six months in inspections field or experience as a 1099 contractor preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or green card required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain required credentials.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status.
• Take and document photos of properties; use inspection software to report findings.
• Deliver delinquency letters and perform insurance inspections as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account managers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on industry regulations.
