• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective Communication.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Willingness to obtain an industry required Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally.
• Travel to properties in Portland, IN and potentially other surrounding counties.
