Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services (NOFS) is seeking a Mortgage Field Inspector in Rogers City, MI. You will independently inspect residential properties to confirm occupancy status and document findings using inspection software.

Fee is per inspection with flexibility to set your schedule as a contractor. Responsibilities include delivering delinquency letters, taking property photos, and reporting results within deadlines while maintaining professional communication with the account manager.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to properties.
• Experience with default mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with clients and account managers.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and meet deadlines.
• US citizen or green card required.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections as needed.
• Use inspection software/tools to document and report findings.
• Take photographs of properties and submit documents as required.
• Travel to Rogers City, MI and surrounding counties to complete inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the account manager professionally.
