NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking a Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Sandusky, MI. As a contractor, you will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status, document findings with inspection software, and deliver timely reports to the account manager.

You will work independently and set your own schedule. Ideal candidates have experience in mortgage inspections, reliable transportation, and US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE software.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
