Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector in Milford, OH to conduct residential property inspections and verify occupancy status. This is a contractor role with autonomous scheduling and a per-inspection fee.

The Inspector will use specialized software, take photos, and report findings while meeting timelines and performance metrics. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections is preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in professional settings.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections as needed.
• Document findings using inspection software and take photos.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account managers.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Milford, OH and surrounding counties as required.
