Job summary

Northern Ohio Field Services (NOFS) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector in West Branch, MI. This contractor role requires conducting residential inspections to confirm occupancy status, delivering delinquency letters, and reporting findings with inspection software.

You will work autonomously, manage time effectively, and travel to nearby properties as needed. Compensation is per inspection, with an estimated hourly range of $25–$35.

Qualifications

• Experience in default mortgage inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently without supervision to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Take photos of properties and document findings using inspection software.
• Complete inspections within timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager and clients.
• Travel to properties in West Branch, MI and surrounding counties as needed.
