Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking a Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Richmond, IN. This contractor role requires conducting residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.

As an independent contractor, you will set your own schedule, travel to assigned properties in Richmond and surrounding counties, and be paid a fee per inspection ranging between $25 and $35 per hour. Background checks and InspectorADE experience preferred.

Responsibilities
