Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation, required for travel to multiple properties.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections is preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently without supervision is required.
• US citizen or green card holder status is required.
• Willingness to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Travel to Fowler, IN and surrounding counties as required.
