Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months in inspections field preferred.
• Experience with mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Document findings using inspection software and take photos.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager.
• Travel to Plymouth, IN and potentially surrounding counties.
