Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. seeks independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across Oregon. No license required; prior experience is a plus but not necessary.

You will manage your own schedule, travel locally, and inspect occupancy, property conditions, and utility status using a mobile app. Eligible inspectors work as 1099 contractors with weekly pay, receiving a flat-rate per inspection and operating within assigned Oregon counties based on

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
• HUD/InspectorKeys (if onboarding)
• Voltstick
• Selfie stick
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
