Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for existing mortgage loans across Idaho.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule, part-time or full-time options, and weekly pay via direct deposit. You’ll use a mobile app (InspectorADE) to complete reports, photograph property conditions, determine occupancy, deliver notices, and communicate with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Must be a reliable, independent contractor with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation to manage schedules and territory.
• No professional license or certifications required; prior inspection experience is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
