Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) in Spencer, IN is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team. As a contractor, you will conduct inspections on residential properties to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters, working independently to complete tasks accurately.

You’ll use inspection software, take photos, report findings, and travel to various properties in Spencer and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
