NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) seeks an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector for Connersville, IN. The contractor will inspect residential properties to verify occupancy, document findings, and report results using inspection software.

Responsibilities include photographing properties, meeting timelines, and communicating with the account manager. Prior inspection experience and valid transport are preferred; travel to surrounding counties may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months in inspections preferred.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver7s license.
• Willingness to travel to Connersville, IN and surrounding counties.

Responsabilités
