Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Scottsburg, IN. The contractor role involves inspecting residential properties to verify occupancy status, reporting findings, and delivering required documents with minimal supervision.

You will use inspection software, travel to multiple properties, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines and metrics.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US citizenship or green card holder.
• Willing to undergo Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings.
• Take photos and deliver documents as required.
• Complete inspections within timelines and meet metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager.
