American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service retail locations in Marshfield, WI. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods while staying organized and punctual on your route.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match, with pay starting at $13.50 per hour and scheduled raises throughout the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical information and updates.
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and around major holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Serve stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate any scheduling questions or concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product assembly as requested.
• Review weekly service schedules and workload in assigned stores.
