Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple Tucson-area retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods. You will work independently on a route with a focus on organization, time management, and strong communication with store staff.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, with pay starting at $15.80/hr and scheduled increases; flexible scheduling and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for critical job updates.
• Able to learn and use a company tablet for training and tasks.
• Must meet scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
