Job summary

American Greetings is looking for a Part-Time Merchandiser to service and organize products across multiple retail locations in Appleton, WI. You will display greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items, while keeping backroom areas tidy and inventories in check.

The role emphasizes independence on the route, daytime availability, and strong time-management skills. Training is provided, and there is flexibility around scheduling and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to cover multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Display products and maintain inventory across stores.
• Communicate with store management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Assist with store resets, fixtures, and related tasks as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet and work independently or with a team.
