Job summary

American Greetings, a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace, is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Carpentersville, IL and nearby areas. Qualifications

18 yrs or older.

Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
Meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends and day before/after major holidays.

Responsibilities

Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
Work in a fast-paced retail environment with effective time management.
Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly.
