Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience.
• 3+ years of paint and patch experience.
• Tile, flooring and general facility repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint sheetrock in a commercial space.
• Install tile and perform general maintenance repairs.
• Tackle welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the spot.
• Collaborate with other skilled trades on larger projects.
