HR Direct Services is seeking a dependable Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at commercial client locations across the Seattle region. This field-based role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers a direct hire opportunity with a company vehicle, tools, gas card, and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other trades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License required and able to travel throughout the Seattle region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Install, replace, and maintain fixtures and equipment.
• Document completed work and service reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
• Complete general repairs including:
• • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall
  • Painting
• Install, replace, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and components
• Accurately document completed work and service reports
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferred
• Experience with multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the region
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
• Valid Driver's License required

Work Environment

• Field-based position servicing commercial properties
• Daily travel throughout the Seattle region
