Job summary

Pacific Facility Solutions, Inc. in Bellingham, WA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician - Interior Finish Specialist to repair and maintain commercial buildings.

Your work includes carpentry, welding and fabrication, tile and flooring, sheetrock repair, painting, and collaborating with customers. You will typically work solo with some teamwork on larger projects, with day and evening shifts, on-site at various job sites along with access to company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural and structural specs.
• Experience communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Fix and maintain buildings, perform carpentry tasks, and build/repair components.
• Do custom welding and fabrication, tile and flooring installation, and sheetrock repair.
• Work with minimal supervision and on occasion join others for larger projects.
