We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join McLeod Construction as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across properties, perform repairs & clean up as listed, and recommend additional work as needed. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of all-around property maintenance and carpentry skills.

Duties include (but not limited to):
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
- Light construction work, including rough and finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior painting, wallboard repair, gutter repairs, etc.
- Maintain grounds and cleanliness of communities including trash pick-up, pressure washing, light landscaping, etc.
- Building/property assessment for needed repairs
- Reporting completed tasks & any additional work noted to project manager daily via computer entry
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in working with computers and calendar management (MS Outlook, Excel - Data Entry Only)
- Must have knowledge of and experience using a variety of power and hand tools
- Must have a basic understanding of carpentry, painting, and drywall principles
- Take-charge mentality, yet able to follow directions
- Ability to handle all personality types
Company Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly wages with annual evaluations and consistent opportunity for growth - Starting wages between $30 and $34 – Dependent on Experience
