Responsibilities

• Foster independence and assist with personal care needs.
• Assist with sanitation, household chores, laundry, and meal planning.
• Help individuals engage in activities, and facilitate family and social connections.
• Monitor health, report concerns, and document incidents appropriately.
• Administer medications accurately and communicate effectively about side effects.
• Write staff notes and complete service documentation for billing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
