Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with no moving traffic violations.

Responsibilities

  • Furnish supports in a non-residential setting and may require transporting individuals.
  • Help individuals participate in community projects and access resources.
  • Provide accurate medication administration and document medication errors.
  • Report incidents, maintain confidentiality, and complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Behavior Specialists, Therapists.
  • Maintain positive, non-stigmatizing language and teamwork.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Meet TB test, training, and safety requirements.
