Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid social security card or work permit for non-US citizens; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic training to promote independence per care goals.
• Assist with personal care, sanitation, and household tasks.
• Complete paperwork and service notes accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with the team.
• Coordinate transportation and monitor health and safety.
