Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life within residential and community settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, skill development, transportation, and personal goal achievement while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. A HS diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth and pay differentials.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and participate in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationships, personal growth, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
