Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Residential Counselor to support individuals in living independently and safely within residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, community participation, and goal attainment while promoting dignity, self-determination, and meaningful relationships.

You will help develop person-centered service plans, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with transportation and accessing community resources.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
