Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual living in Vernon Township, Sussex County NJ.

This is a community-based position. The DSP will provide support in the individual’s home and assist with safe, structured participation in community activities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently in a one-on-one setting.

Our approach to services is person-centered, meaning we focus on the individual’s preferences in what they would like out of services.

He is hearing impaired, so a patient and communicative DSP who can provide appropriate support and help him stay connected and active in the community would be an ideal fit.

SCHEDULE:

2 days per week

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

during the morning,

Tuesday & Friday – anytime

8 hours a week

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
