Royal Community Support – Hackensack Branch is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community-based care for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Highland Lakes, NJ. You will assist with daily living, meals, transportation, and participation in social activities, following individualized plans.
The role is part-time, Monday–Friday, starting at 3:30 with 40 hours per week, in-home and community-based support.

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual living in Highland River, Sussex County, NJ.
This is a community-based position. The DSP will provide support in the individual’s home and assist with safe, structured participation in community activities.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently in a one-on-one setting.
Our approach to services is person-centered, meaning we focus on the individual’s preferences in what they would like out of services.
urgently seeking a DSP to assist primarily with personal care. He uses diapers and requires assistance with feeding. Jake is ambulatory and able to walk independently, but he has significant difficulty communicating his needs. The long-term goal is to secure a residential placement for him, although we understand that this process may take some time. In the meantime, consistent DSP support is urgently needed to assist with his daily care and safety.
