Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience with people with disabilities required.
  • BA/BS degree in special education, psychology, social work, or related field required.
  • Teacher’s certification required; experience in employment support preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Independent Living Skills curriculum for members.
  • Maintain accurate progress records for members.
  • Participate with members during recreational, educational, and vocational activities.
  • Provide counseling, crisis management, and supervision to members.
  • Offer teaching support to youth in Shelter program.
