OneWell Health Care seeks an Independent Living Skills (ILS) Trainer to provide individualized instruction in homes and community locations across South Carolina. The role emphasizes teaching daily living tasks, budgeting, meal prep, and transportation while coordinating with supervisors and families.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with preferred degrees in human services, plus experience with developmental disabilities and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide person-centered instruction.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Independent Living Skills training in home and community settings.
• Develop and monitor person-centered service plans and progress notes.
• Ensure participant safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while documenting services.
