Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. seeks an Independent Living Coach (ILC) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in their homes and community programs. The ILC helps individuals learn new skills and pursue personal goals to increase independence.

Responsibilities include fostering meaningful relationships, coordinating with the support team, and ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing while promoting dignity and choice. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass STOFLA reading assessment before start date.
• CPR, First Aid, Safety Care certifications required; Medication Administration Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with individuals and support teams.
• Promote learning and independence through person-centered plans.
• Assist with daily routines, meal prep, transportation, and safe home environment.
• Document activities and medications as trained.
• Attend trainings and follow agency policies.
