Responsibilities

• Provide range of services and supervision to residents to help increase self-management of daily living tasks.
• Train and coach residents in activities of daily living, personal care, budgeting, shopping, and socialization.
• Escort residents to medical appointments and assist with transportation logistics.
• Document services provided and communicate progress with staff.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high level of care and respect for residents.
• Attend trainings and implement emergency procedures as required.
