Qualifications

• Two years of sales, CRM, hospitality/healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and guide customers through decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Independent Living sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and follow up diligently.
• Conduct property tours and coordinate onboarding for new residents.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align outreach and occupancy goals.
