Job summary

Dow Rummel Village is seeking a Team & Resource Coordinator to support the Independent Living and Home Care teams in Sioux Falls, SD. The role assists the Director of Resident Services with coordinating care and services for residents, supports program operations, and trains staff to deliver compassionate, dignified care.

The position involves on-call support, scheduling, and ensuring timely documentation and supply management.

Qualifications

• SD Medication Aide certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months with company support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care plans, documentation, and supply needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and scheduling for HomeCare team members.
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff - building strong relationships.
• On-call support to team members and client programs on a scheduled basis.
• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the organization and resident services.
• Provide medication-management support and personal-care services as needed.

What You'll Do

The Team & Resource Coordinator is a key member of the Independent Living and Home Care team, providing support to the Director of Resident Services in coordinating care and services for Dow Rummel Village Independent Living residents and Home Care clients. The position will assist with daily operations of the program, training and supporting team members and collaborating with leadership to provide residents with the services and support they need.

• Coordinate resident care plans, documentation, and supply needs
• Support onboarding, training, and scheduling for HomeCare team members
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff - building strong relationships
• On-call support to team members and client programs on a scheduled basis
• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the organization and resident services
• Provide medication-management support and personal-care services as needed
