Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking dedicated staff to provide in‑home and community supports, helping individuals pursue independence and quality of life. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to transport clients to activities and appointments.

You’ll work with multiple individuals, documenting progress and coordinating with a support team to implement person‑centered plans. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 or 21 depending on client served
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto liability insurance
• Reliable vehicle to transport person‑served
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with developmentally disabled population is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in‑home and in‑community support to individuals
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities
• Document care and follow support plans with team
• Attend team meetings and communicate progress
