Job summary

Dungarvin inc is seeking compassionate staff to provide in-home and in-community support for individuals with diverse needs. The role emphasizes independence-building, daily living assistance, and transportation support, driven by person-centered care.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursement is offered. Full-time caseloads with 9am–7pm hours, on-site in-home services, and opportunities for growth and development are included.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in 1:1 in-home and in-community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals 1:1 in-home/in-community to promote independence.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, laundry.
• Document care plans and progress; communicate with support teams.
• Provide skill development in community participation, health, safety, and wellness.
