Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking staff to provide in-home and in-community support focused on helping individuals maintain and increase independence. You will use a personal vehicle to transport clients and participate in shifts across multiple person-served locations.

Responsibilities include daily living support, skill development, and documentation. Mileage reimbursement is offered; F/T daytime schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 depending on the person-served).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, auto liability insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; relevant associate degree or experience accepted.
• Willing to drive within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals 1:1 in in-home and in-community settings to promote independence.
• Support daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Maintain a clean, safe space and help individuals reach personal goals.
• Provide skill development in community participation, health, safety, and wellness.
• Attend team meetings, write progress reports, and assist supervisors in service provision and communication.
• Create lasting, positive impacts through coaching and mentoring.
