If you have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule, this is for you. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
