STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Indianapolis area to cover private lesson requests. You run the sessions, STXZ provides clients and handles admin, with payments processed after each session.

Coaches decide schedule, location, drills, and pacing. Sessions are paid per completed lesson, with liability coverage and no upfront fees. 1099-NEC issued if earnings thresholds are reached.

Qualifications

• Coaching lacrosse at youth/HS/club/college level preferred.
• Independent contractor experience a plus.
• Willing to work where clients request lessons in your area.

Responsibilities

• Coach private lacrosse lessons on a schedule set with clients.
• Review each session and provide a brief lesson summary.
• Communicate with clients and STXZ about session details.
