Job summary

STXZ LLC seeks independent lacrosse coaches in the Virginia Beach area to meet client requests for private lessons. You run the sessions with your own methods and pace, choosing schedule, location, and teaching style while STXZ handles client acquisition and payments.

You will be paid per 1-hour session at a rate of $35–$50, with payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing. Coaches must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline.
• Schedule and conduct sessions at client locations (home, field, park, etc.).
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.
