Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions seeks a Service Technician to advise customers and deliver innovative solutions that prevent kitchen equipment failures across a range of commercial clients.

You will service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment, demonstrate troubleshooting skills, and participate in on-call rotations with occasional travel. Training opportunities and a company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability demonstrated in technical work.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant/hospitality managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and mechanical skills while diagnosing equipment issues.
• Meet efficiency/productivity goals to drive quarterly bonuses.
