Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to support commercial foodservice clients, performing maintenance and repairs on cooking, refrigeration, and related equipment across restaurants, hotels, and hospitals.

You will read diagrams and schematics, apply troubleshooting skills, and work independently with limited supervision. The role offers on-the-job training, a company vehicle, and opportunities for growth, including advanced technician and management paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel as assigned.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency goals.
• Provide on-site service and repair at customer locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
