Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment. We offer on‑the‑job training and opportunities for advanced certifications. You will receive a company service vehicle, fuel card, computer, and cell phone for business use.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Earn income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
